Complimentary Wi-Fi Now Available Throughout the Hotel

We are delighted to announce that wireless internet access is now available throughout the hotel — including all guest bedrooms and public areas — ensuring that our guests can stay connected during their visit.

Complimentary Access for Residents

From November 2025, Wi-Fi will be provided free of charge to all hotel residents for the duration of their stay.

Visitor Access

Guests visiting the hotel for a meal or drinks can enjoy one hour of complimentary internet access. Free Wi-Fi cards are available from reception.

To connect, simply collect an Internet Access Card from the hotel reception and follow the easy on-screen instructions.

Please note that internet speeds in the Falkland Islands may be slower than visitors are accustomed to elsewhere. This is due to the islands’ reliance on a geostationary satellite network with limited capacity. As the available satellite bandwidth is shared by residents, visitors, and local businesses, speeds may vary — particularly during peak periods.

Our internet service is proudly provided by Sure South Atlantic Ltd, the Falkland Islands’ telecommunications provider.
