2013 Trip Advisor Award

Last year we received our first trip advisor award, achieving a certificate of excellence with a rating of 4.5 out of 5.  We are very pleased to announce we have received the award again this year.

Thank you to anyone who has provided feedback.  Congratulations to everyone in the Falkland Islands who have also receiced an award.

We are always trying to maintain and improve our facilities and standards of service, therefore we are always very interested to receive your feedback, views and opinions.

To make it easier we now have our own online feedback form.   Just click on the “LEAVE FEEDBACK” box which is highlighted on each page of our website.  Once completed, as a small thank you for taking the time to complete it, we enter you into a prize draw to receive an ipad.

This year we have also added the links to trip advisor to our newly designed website, so it is now easier for you to review other travellers comments on our hotel and restaurant.
