Carl Stroud – General Manager
Carl has managed the Malvina House Hotel for over 10 years and therefore has a wealth of knowledge and professionalism. Though the hotel has changed ownership and grown in size by over double, Carl believes in a hand on approach and leads by example.
Matt Clarke – Head Chef
Having worked in kitchens all around the world, Matt Clarke creates delicious, local cuisine using innovative techniques inspired by his travels.
Jasper Gottschalk – Assistant Manager
Jasper has international experience and brings the warmth of her Canadian roots through to service throughout the hotel and restaurant. Jasper also has a passion for wine and will easily recommend suitable pairings to your choice of food.
Jaye Loosley – Head Housekeeper
Jaye and her team are the ‘hidden gems’ of the Malvina House, working hard behind the scenes to ensure that the bedrooms are clean and comfortable to ensure guests have a wonderful stay.
