The above prices are per person for a standard double or twin-bedded room with en-suite bathroom, TV, phone and hot drinks bar. The three executive suites are larger in size, with good harbour views, desk, bigger TV & Radio. These rooms can be used as a twin or double bed room.
Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of £10 per room, for each night booked, and will be credited to the final day of the reservation. Deposits will be refunded provided that written notice of cancellation is received at least six weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival. In the event of subsequent cancellation however, we reserve the right to make a charge of £50 for each night that the room(s) remain empty during the period booked.
Short notice reservations can be accepted against a credit card pre-authorisation for the room deposit at the time of booking.
Payment can be made in pounds sterling or US dollars in either cash or travellers' cheques. We also accept personal cheques drawn on a UK sterling bank account and payment by Visa or Mastercard credit cards or Maestro debit cards.
Early reservations are recommended, particularly for November, December, January and February. Reservations (which will need to be confirmed in writing) can be made by mail, facsimile or email, and enquiries can also be made by phone. If phoning please bear in mind that Falklands mean time is between 3 and 5 hours earlier than GMT depending on the time of the year.
A child aged 12 years or under travelling with his or her parents will not be charged for bed or breakfast provided that the child is sharing the same room as the parents.
This schedule of rates comes into effect on 1 April 2006
